Michaela Whitehouse

The transition from Juniors to Seniors has been near flawless from Michaela Whitehouse, maintaining a regularly high standard while competing with Australia’s finest in Rhythmic gymnastics.

Whitehouse, as recently as 2016 Australian Gymnastics Championships (AGC), has maintained an extraordinary record of finishing inside the top 10 in every apparatus she has competed in, and improved upon her seventh place in the 2014 All-Apparatus National final by finishing in fourth in 2015, and recorded three bronze medals in just her second year of senior competition.

Arguably Whitehouse’s finest moment to date in her Rhythmic gymnastics career came in the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival, where she won gold in the teams’ final and also took gold in the All-Apparatus final.

Whitehouse also took bronze in the teams’ championship at the Pacific Rim Open in 2012, while she also recorded a pair of bronze medals in the 2011 Singapore Open in the teams’ competition and on Clubs.
