Rhythmic Gymnastics Future Stars Camp

Young rhythmic gymnastics stars have gathered for a weekend camp run by eight of Australia’s best coaches and presenters to hone their Rhythmic Gymnastics skills at a development camp.

Krasi Yurukova, Edith Peluso, Anna Linna and Rebecca Davies developed interactive and engaging workshops which aimed to make use of many fundamental skills including body work, body position and ballet foundations.

Stephanie Schahinger oversaw the logistics and Teresa Evans was an ever-present source of knowledge and understanding about the needs of the community.

Krasi and Edith, along with Delia Halmu and Naazmi Johnston, lead the group through Rhythmic-specific apparatus work and risk.

The camp was well-considered and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. The only complaint heard all weekend was how sore the girls were.
